Stahlkraft GmbH is the manufacturer and distributor of all products offered in the webshop.

Duration of the guarantee

5 years from date of purchase.

Geographical scope

European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway.

Content of the guarantee

It is guaranteed that all components of all products offered in the Asadogrill.at webshop and sold custom-made Asado grill racks will be free from damage or defects for a period of 5 years, provided the products are used properly.

Ropes for suspending the grill grate are expressly excluded from the warranty. These are considered wear parts and can be replaced quickly and easily.

The only guarantee is that the products are free from defects upon arrival at the buyer's premises. There is no warranty claim for defects or damage caused by the buyer.

Services provided under warranty

In the event of a warranty claim, the replacement of the defective component will be the priority. Only if the defect cannot be remedied by replacement, a refund of the purchase price will be issued.

The refund will only be issued after confirmed return shipment of the complete product to the guarantor. The guarantor covers the return shipping costs.

Conditions for claiming the warranty

Presentation of a valid proof of purchase (original invoice).

Notice regarding statutory warranty

The buyer's statutory warranty rights exist independently of this guarantee and are neither limited nor replaced by this warranty.
