General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These GTC apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural or legal person who is not an entrepreneur within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Aaron Marcel Genswein, Stahl Kraft Metallbau GmbH.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet after the order.
4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
You generally have the option of collecting the goods from Aaron Genswein, Sobotagasse 7, 1230 Vienna, Austria, during the opening hours listed below: The goods can be collected after a production period of two weeks. A brief contact by telephone or e-mail is required for collection.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal after the goods have been dispatched. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Payment processing via PayPal Services
In cooperation with the payment service provider PayPal, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal Services. To pay the invoice amount, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. Depending on the payment method selected, you may be redirected to the PayPal website:
- Credit Card: You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after confirmation of the payment order and after your legitimation as the legitimate cardholder by your credit card company at the request of PayPal, and your card is charged.
- Direct Debit: On the PayPal website, you can enter your payment details and confirm the use of your data by PayPal as well as the payment order to PayPal. By confirming the payment order, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal of the date of the account debit (so-called pre-notification).
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects immediately to the deliverer and please contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

9. Liability
For claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation:
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), by slight negligence on our part, on the part of our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability shall be limited to the amount of the damage foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
- in case of injury to life, body or health,
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court conciliation procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
